This one-day exhibition displays work by Kolbe and Pam Bassington. Kolbe has been making ceramics for 15 years; he enjoys creating small, curious objects.
Pam Bassington gained a First-Class Honours degree in Contemporary Fine Art in 2012. She has exhibited in Cork Street and had her digital image projected onto various buildings in London, as a successful entrant in the ‘Kill Your Darlings’ competition, a promotion for the Ginsberg film starring Daniel Radcliffe.
Pam makes medium to large pots using coils, preferring an organic and, often, less than symmetrical look. The clay tends to dictate where it wants to go, so, mostly, Pam lets it.
Price: Free Place: Friends Meeting House, Skinnergate, Darlington Date and time: Saturday 19th May 10am-5pm
