Volunteers enjoy theatrical experience

Darlington Culture Volunteers were among those taking part in The Aperitif in Darlington on the afternoon of Saturday August 26.
Presented by Wet Picnic, the Aperitif was an event held in advance of The Ball, the theatrical extravaganza that took over the Market Square on the Saturday evening.
In preparation for his annual ball, Lord Gredus offered guests a taste of the high life: a sneak peak into a world of power, class and indulgence.
In a secret location, guests were invited to attend the Gredus Aperitif where they were assigned a waiter each and given instructions via headphones that moved them in large group choreography and individual play.
An eccentric take on a silent disco combined with a communal experience and thought-provoking satire.
