Library legal action overcomes first hurdle

Campaigners have been granted the right to a further hearing into proposals to move Crown Street Library to the Dolphin Centre.
Darlington for Culture, which has long opposed the move to the Dolphin Centre, believes that there is still the opportunity for the council to talk to the Friends of Darlington Libraries and the wider community about ways of keeping the library at Crown Street.
