“Darlington New Orleans Jazz events are cancelled until the social-distancing rules are relaxed but we have a strong line-up of excellent bands as soon as St. Augustine’s is allowed to open again.
“We have also been working with Jazz Live on Aycliffe Radio where Mike Dixon presents a jazz programme every Sunday evening from 6pm till 7.30pm.
“Aycliffe Radio is a streaming station available on line on your laptop, iPad or iPhone and Facebook. Because of remote working at present there is no commentary after the opening announcement but it can be followed on Facebook where live comments and programme notes are displayed.”
